Included in the annual fee

The following are all part of the single annual fee:

• Meals: Breakfast, lunch, evening tea with snacks, and dinner, provided from Monday to Friday. On weekends, brunch, tea with snacks and dinner will be provided. If classes are scheduled on a Saturday, four meals will be provided that day, same as a weekday.
• Transport: The college bus runs from the hostel to college with two morning trips
• Laundry: Two common washing machines are free for self-use. In addition, a complimentary wash, fold and iron service covers 35 loads per year (5 kg per load, roughly one load per week).
• Housekeeping: A cleaning team maintains the flats, common areas, and surroundings. Bedsheets will be changed twice a week.
• Comfort: Air-conditioned rooms, Wi-Fi across the property, and fully furnished flats.
• Emergency Care: A hospital is located roughly 500 metres from the property, so medical emergencies can be attended to quickly.
